Eastside Digital respects the privacy of businesses and individuals who contact us or use our website. This Privacy Policy explains the types of information we may collect and how we use it.

When you contact Eastside Digital or submit our intake form, you may provide information such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, Google Business Profile link, and information about the services you are interested in.

We may also receive information you voluntarily provide while communicating with us about your business or requested services.

How We Use Information

We may use information you provide to respond to inquiries, evaluate service needs, communicate about potential or active services, complete agreed work, provide customer support, maintain business records, and improve our services and processes.

Submitting an intake form or contacting Eastside Digital does not automatically create a client relationship or contract.

Google Business Profile Access

Eastside Digital does not request clients' Google account passwords. When access to a Google Business Profile is required, clients are asked to provide appropriate Manager access through Google's available account-management tools. Clients retain ownership and control of their accounts and Business Profiles.

Third-Party Services

Eastside Digital may use third-party services to operate the business and website, including Framer for website hosting, Google Forms for intake submissions, email services for communication, and other service providers used in normal business operations.

Information submitted through third-party services may also be subject to those providers' privacy practices.

Website Data

Our website hosting provider and related technical services may automatically process limited technical information necessary to deliver, secure, and operate the website, such as device, browser, network, or request information.

Eastside Digital does not currently use this website to sell products directly or collect payment-card information.

Information Sharing

Eastside Digital does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the business, provide requested services, comply with legal obligations, protect rights or security, or complete a business transaction involving Eastside Digital.

Data Retention

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining business and financial records, resolving disputes, and complying with applicable obligations.
